Your STRO quarterly report, counted for you
Upload your Airbnb earnings CSV. STROfile gives you exactly what the City’s Accela quarterly report asks for: license number, ZIP, quarter and Number of Days Booked, plus a support PDF of check-in and check-out dates.
🔒 Your file stays on your device
Your CSV is read in this browser and never uploaded. No account, no login, nothing kept on our servers. The only thing sent to us is the Stripe payment check. When you’re done, tap Done, clear my data; it also clears itself 2 minutes after you download and after 30 minutes.
1. Pick the quarter and upload
How to get your Airbnb CSV (2 min)
- In the Airbnb app or airbnb.com, go to Menu → Earnings (on a phone, the website is easiest).
- Open the Paid tab.
- Set the dates to cover the quarter, plus a couple of weeks before it so stays that started earlier are included. Choose all listings.
- Tap Get report, then Create report (CSV).
- Open the download or email link, save the
.csvfile, then choose it below.
STROfile never asks for your Airbnb login. The file is read only on this device.
Optional: deadline reminders
Not required to use STROfile or to pay. We keep only your number, when you agreed and which wording you agreed to. Nothing from your report.
When and where to file
- 1Tier 3 and 4 licenses file every quarter: Q1 by Apr 30, Q2 by Jul 31, Q3 by Oct 31, Q4 by Jan 31. Report 0 days if you had no bookings.
- 2A stay that runs over a quarter boundary (for example Sep to Oct) is counted entirely in the following quarter, as the City’s guidelines say. The check-out day isn’t counted.
- 3File in the City’s Accela STRO portal and attach the support PDF. See the City of San Diego STRO page.
Disclaimer: STROfile is a worksheet to help you prepare. It is not a filing and not tax or legal advice, and it doesn’t submit anything to the City. Check the numbers against your own records before you file.
